Bios Ex - Visual Novel
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Bios Ex is a Psychological Mystery, a Visual Novel inspired by the old VN, while maintaining a modern character
Inspired by novel/videogames like Eve Burst Error, Yu-No and Policenauts, science fiction movies and old anime like Speed Grapher and 3X3 eyes
STORY / Prologue
When Eiza wakes up on the cold floor of a jail cell, his mind is completely blank. He remembers only two things: His name and that he’s not a terrorist. However, the government seems to think the opposite; they accuse him of a bombing attack to the local university of his hometown. The journals, the media, the police officers…everyone blames it on him.
To give a better feel old style we decided to use the YM-2608 sound chip (used for many pc-98 games like Yu-No) and some tracks accompanied by MIDI 90s
